REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
Space is limited. Therefore, pre-registration is required. Please dress in layers as temperature can vary in the meeting rooms.
Registration Fee Includes: Admission, handouts, CEU certificate, threebreakfasts (one each day) and dinner (opening night for the vendors on Friday), lunch of Saturday. Receipts for registration will be available at the conference registration desk upon request. No confirmation will be sent. Your check will be your confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: A refund minus a $25.00 administration fee will be made if written cancellation is postmarked by October 17, 2008. No refunds will be made after this date.

Room Rate: Single: $139.00 Double: $149.00 plus taxes and assessments. You must reference "PCR Conference" when booking reservation. Reservations must be booked by October 2, 2008 for available rate. Rooms booked after this date will be available at the hotel's current rate. Super Shuttle will cost approximately $18.00 one way. There is no hotel shuttle from the Sacramento Airport.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This two and a half day conference will provide all health care professionals with an evidence based approach to managing patients with wound and ostomy problems, updates on caring with patients with infections, reimbursements in the acute care and home health and palliative care issues
CONTINUING EDUCATION:
