Our first speaker at the spring conference was the renown Lymphedema expert Steve Norton from Philadelphia. His talk on Lymphedema was excellent. He trains Lymphedema decongestant techniques & Manual drainage all over the country with his 2 week course. The field of specialists is about 80% Physical Therapists but he has also trained R.N.'s.
